Designed for use in abrasive blasting systems, the Clemco Industries Diaphragm Outlet Valve, 1″ offers durability and effective performance. When fine or aggressive media is utilized, this valve’s robust diaphragm performs exceptionally well. The diaphragm exit valve releases the pressure within the blast machine’s pressure vessel when the remote control handle is released. The valve has 1″ tubing and is designed to fit a typical Clemco pop-up muffler. It is advised for blasting with garnet, aluminum oxide, fine glass beads, or any other abrasive that is recycled until it is extremely fine, as well as abrasives that have a propensity to cause holes in an abrasive trap screen. The diaphragm exit valve has lower repair costs and a longer part lifespan.
